New Work Opportunities for Canadian and Italian Youth

On November 14, 2022, the Canadian government announced a new Youth Mobility Agreement with Italy to expand employment opportunities for Canadian and Italian youth.

This agreement allows Canadian and Italian youth to apply for international work and travel opportunities through the International Experience Canada Program. Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 to participate. Eligible applicants will be allowed to work and travel for a total of 24 months. The program is divided into three sections:

Canada and Italy have long been youth mobility partners, supporting international work and travel opportunities. The program also assists youth in exploring new cultures, languages, and societies, all while developing life skills and improving their future job prospects.

This agreement with Italy creates new opportunities for future work and travel, strengthens our people-to-people ties, and improves labor market access for Canadian and Italian youth.

We were switched legal teams 3 times within our time there.( This was not our doing) We weren’t impressed at all with the service almost all the way through our experience. Our review would have been 1 star. The response time was awful. To get in contact with our attorney was so difficult. And not thorough.
