The new help center is an online help agent that assists people with filing out their applications, helps them receive brief answers to their questions, and helps replace lost documentation.
The government is committed to improving service and the new online Help Centre is part of that plan. People have questions about how to come to Canada and this new user-friendly and convenient Web tool provides the practical information that they need in a quick and effective manner. – Minister Kenney.
How the CIC Online Help Center Helps
The online help center helps over 150, 000 on a weekly basis. This help center is just one of the many useful and successful tools Citizenship and Immigration Canada has to offer. For example, CIC has a “Come to Canada” tool which allows potential immigrants to determine which immigration program is best for them.
Therefore, these new tools are set up to help new comers, potential immigrants, and Canadian citizen as well.
