At the Toronto Airport, while I was trying to get back to work in the US,  my existing TN Visa was arbitrarily removed on a technicality of a wrong designation being used by me as a “Director.” (The TN Visa was originally  based on my being a “Management Consultant”).
The immigration lawyers at Niren and Associates, in particular with the assistance of Fadi, was able to deconstruct the problem and resubmit a  fresh application on my behalf to the US Customs and Border Patrol adjudicators.
The matter was resolved in my favor and my TN Visa was re-issued for a period of three years as compared with original one  year. The process presented no problems and went smoothly.
As a layman I  am  sure I would not have been able to tackle this, as I was already finger -printed, photographed at US Customs. It had been an intimidating experience.
