Any submitted photos to VisaPlace or VisaPlace Legal are authorized to be published on any social media platforms. You acknowledge that your participation in publications, social media and websites produced by VisaPlace is voluntary. You agree that your participation in any publication, social media, and website produced by VisaPlace confers upon me no right of ownership whatsoever.
If VisaPlace releases a photo submitted we have the right to use the name of the subject and why the subject used VisaPlace. Once a client has submitted their photo they have released any and all copyright ownership or claims to that photo.
Once a client has submitted their photo VisaPlace has any and all right to use the photo across all social media platforms and their websites.
