Client’s Issue or Problem
Client had a great opportunity for employment in the US. Client applied on his own for TN status just using what the employer provided him and was denied. He then tried re-applying another two times before seeking out our services as he was afraid that he was doing more harm than good and the opportunity was going to slip from him.
Our Solution (Type of Visa/Action Recommended)
We looked at the application and all its permutations to see what the best course of action should be. We deduced that given the timing, the TN application would still be most suitable despite the problems that the client had previously encountered.
We examined all pros and cons of applying for the TN at the port-of-entry. We decided that this application would have the highest chance of success applying through the USCIS Service Center as there were many factors of the previous applications that may bias the process. The Client ended up paying for Premium Processing in order to get a relatively quick response.
