Winner of VisaPlace Facebook Contest Selected

visaplace facebook contestVisaPlace is proud to announce the winner of its recent Facebook contest that provides up to $2500 of immigration services to a lucky individual.  Out of 288 participants from around the world, one entry stood out above the rest:  congratulations to Stephanie Green, from Kingston, Jamaica!

The popular Facebook contest asked participants to describe their top 5 things they want to experience when visiting either Canada or the U.S.  Here is Stephanie’s entry, in her words:

1. A tour of Niagara Falls on “Maid of the Mist”. I want to enjoy the ambience while touches of water trickle on my body.
2. A visit to Banff National Park and the Rocky Mountains to have a sneak peek of its beautiful scenery
3. Whistler – I may be able learn a thing or two there about skiing.
4. Calgary Stampede – Would love to enjoy some of the foods and games
5. Visit my cousins and uncle

Stephanie’s submission received the highest number of votes from the public, but it also provided the best mix of a personal story and appreciation of the destination.  As the winner of the VisaPlace Facebook contents, Stephanie will be able to visit Canada with the help of our immigration team, who will provide up to a $2500 discount on all immigration fees for a visitor’s visa.
