In recognition of the financial hardships and difficult situations brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have created the VisaPlace Immigration Assistance Fund to help people in need of financial assistance to achieve their immigration goals.
What You Can Get
- Eligible applicants are awarded money to be used towards an immigration retainer agreement with VisaPlace Legal.
- Both Canadian and US immigration matters are eligible.
- VisaPlace Premier service, with full legal representation for your immigration application and process.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Have had a consultation with a VisaPlace immigration professional.
- Have been determined to be eligible to apply for an existing visa program.
- Be ready to start their immigration applications.
- Be able to pay an initial payment to begin the application.
- Be able to demonstrate financial hardship due to employment or economic conditions.
