How to Not Be Denied Entry to the US: Advice from a U.S. Border Agent

Whistleblower

A whistleblower, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer, has written an email about a recent U.S. crackdown at the border.

Whistleblower: a person who exposes secretive information or activity that is deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct within a private or public organization.

The Whistleblower sent the email to Len Saunders an immigration lawyer. Within the email, he wrote that the Seatle field office is “not in line with the INA (Immigration and Nationality Act) or past government practice”. He went on to say that his upper management is behind “the ER crusade” that has created a “hammer them all policy”.

The current U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer is speaking on the act that many other officers will five-year ban those trying to enter the US from British Columbia. He said that many of these five-year bans were unjustified. The whistleblower’s storylines up with the recent increase in the number of “expedited removals” (five-year bans).

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer wants to see a complete investigation into the Seatle Border Protection office.

How to Avoid Being Denied Entry from Border Protection

There has been a significant increase in travelers being denied entry to the US. Border agents and officers have been holding many travelers accountable for their images, videos, and messages on their mobile devices. Even if these incriminating things on their mobile devices were sent from other people, they’re being denied entry to the US.

The best way to avoid being denied entry to the United States is to consult an immigration professional. An immigration professional will prepare you in every way before entering the United States to ensure you have the best possible chance of entering the US with no issues. Book a consultation with an immigration professional.

Another way to prepare to enter the US is to prepare your social media. A Customs and Border Protection agent has the right to go through all of your mobile devices, social media, any digital devices, etc. You just provide your passwords to allow them into every account you have. Learn how to prepare your social media for Border Officers.

Visa place helped me with my daughter’s sponsorship 3 years ago. Last week I contacted them for some clarification on a different matter. It was about an issue which technically was a problem of CIC’s software glitch and had nothing to do with Visa Place.
Yet Reena Sandu was assigned for my case. she helped me with enthusiasm and showed no hesitation despite me being an ex-client from 3 years ago.
I was very happy that even after 3 years of finishing business, Visa Place were respectful of their clients. Special thanks again to Reena for her enthusiasm and support.
