What is Required for the Canadian Start Up Visa?
To apply for the Canadian Start Up Visa, you will need to obtain funding. In order to obtain funding you will need a comprehensive business plan that will appeal to your investors. The minimum investment required is $75,000 from a designated angel investor or $200,000 from an approved venture capital organization.
Once the funding is secured, you must also be able to speak and understand either English or French at an intermediate level, and you need to have completed at least one year of post-secondary education.
