How You Can Immigrate Under COVID-19
Student to Permanent Resident
If you are currently a student in Canada or have studied in Canada, good news! You may qualify to become a Permanent Resident. There are several programs that international students can apply for permanent immigration in Canada.

Canadian Experience Class

Common-Law Partner Sponsorship
To be considered a common-law partner, one should have lived together with another person in a conjugal relationship or proof of a relationship for at least one year. This applies to both opposite and same-sex relationships. In a sponsorship case, you will typically have to provide proof of this union, which can be done in the form of financial records, property, utility bills, joint accounts or other means.
Inland and Outland Sponsorship can be applied within Canada. The Canadian citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident must apply for their partner or with their partner.
