On January 17, 2019 the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program issued 13 ITA (Invitation to Apply) under the Entrepreneur Stream to those with a minimum score of 115.

Once Ontario finds candidates they want, the individual will receive a Notification of Interest (NOI). After one has received an NOI, they will have to submit their application to the OINP if they qualify for one of Ontarios Express Entry streams.
