At the moment, Claresholm plans on selecting twenty applicants and their families for the first year. They do plan on expanding the number of applicants they pick during the next two years of the program. The applicants would be picked for entry level jobs in various companies about town, including food production at the El Molino food production plant which is experiencing staffing shortages.
